What if I had a trip in the future booked?
We are open and ready to welcome you back to the Golden Nugget Las Vegas! All reservations during our closure were canceled and deposits refunded. Please call 844-4NUGGET to book your future stay with us.

What about my earned points and comps?
Comp and point expiration was paused during closure and will now resume August 1st.
What about my existing offers?
You may continue to view your available offers online through our 24K Select Club portal, please click here and login using “Member Log In.” You can also check your offers by using our Mobile App.
What about promotions and events which were already scheduled?
Stay tuned for future communications about rescheduled promotions and events via email and on the website.
Am I required to wear a face mask in the resort?
Yes, face coverings are mandatory for all guests. Masks are available at the security podium on casino floor, table games, hotel front desk, retail outlets, and the parking garage booth.
Are employees required to wear masks? Are employees having their temperatures checked?
All of our employees are required to wear face masks at all times. Additionally, all employees are being temperature screened when they arrive on property.
What type of social distancing is in place at restaurants?
Our restaurants are capped at 50% capacity and are adhering to social distancing. Tables are being distanced at least six feet apart.
What type of social distancing is in place at the pool?
Social distancing at the pool is being strictly enforced. In addition to being open to hotel guests only, the pool’s capacity is capped at 50% both in the Pool water and on the Deck. Occupancy is on a first come first serve basis. Pool chairs are spaced six feet apart and are not allowed to be moved. The only exception is if chairs are being moved by Golden Nugget pool staff to accommodate a family or group that resides in the same home.
Is your hot tub open?
The hot tub is currently closed, per the Southern Nevada Health District. Please check our website for updates.
What type of social distancing is taking place on the casino floor with slot machines?
Our casino floor is currently limited to 50% capacity. Chairs Have been removed at every other slot machine to allow for social distancing.
What type of social distancing is taking place on the casino floor in regards to table games?
Table games will have a maximum occupancy based on game type. Our Poker Room is currently playing five people per table. Masks are required for table game players.
Are there places to clean my hands in the casino?
In addition to our restrooms, we have installed hand sanitizer dispensers to ensure all guests have ample opportunity to sanitize their hands.
How are the elevators being regulated?
Our team members are cleaning and sanitizing button panels frequently in all elevators on property. Capacity for all elevators is limited to 4 per Cab. Hand sanitizer is located in the elevator lobby.
