Advance Appointments

Advanced appointments are suggested. A spa coordinator can assist you with treatment selections based on your needs. To book an appointment, please call 609.340.5001.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. If for any reason your plans change we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be applied.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your massage, body or facial treatment. Must have a valid ID at check-in. 

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for a scheduled service every effort will be made to accommodate you. If no other accommodation can be made you will be responsible for the entire cost of the treatment and can receive any remaining time.

Provider Requests

Please make your spa coordinator aware of any special requests at the time of booking.

Loss or Damage

The Spa & Salon at Golden Nugget is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge is included in addition to the treatment cost on your final bill; a portion of this serves as a gratuity for your provider. The percentage/amount can be adjusted based on service.
