Hotel & Pool


  • A - Air & Hotel Packages

    At this time we do not have a direct affiliate for hotel and air packages. There are dozens of online resources and/or travel agents that can provide a package for you that will include accommodations at the Golden Nugget.


  • A - Airport Transportation

    Unfortunately, we do not directly provide any type of hotel transportation. However, there is an airport shuttle available.  Their booth is located outside Terminal 1 baggage claim door 12 and outside Terminal 3 baggage claim door 52.  Transportation can be arranged by calling 702-472-8688.


  • A - Minimum Age to Check In

    Our minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. The legal age for drinking and gambling in Nevada is 21, however we do allow guests 18 years of age or older to book a room.


  • A - Accessibility, Wheelchairs and Scooters

    All requests for any medical supplies must be done so through Desert Medical Supply. Phone: (702) 876-9171


  • B - Best Rate Guarantee

    We have a policy of offering the best prices on our own website, so we always check other sites to see how we compare. If we find a lower rate online we will match it. So book direct with us and book with confidence. This best rate guarantee only applies to individuals and does not apply to group bookings.


  • C - Room Capacity

    Our rates are based on single through triple occupancy. There is a $30 additional charge for the fourth person, per night, regardless of age. Maximum occupancy is four persons. 


  • C - Incidentals and Credit Card Authorizations

    For our standard rooms, our normal authorization is $50 per stay for the incidentals and security deposit. We prefer credit cards but accept debit cards. A debit card may take up to 30 days for the release of the funds provided for the incidentals. A major credit card has the ability to release immediately upon your departure from the hotel. Suite reservations require a higher authorization amount.


  • C - Car Rental On Site

    We are pleased to tell you that Budget Rent-A-Car is conveniently located in our Carson Tower Lobby, directly across from Starbucks.


  • C - Children in Hotel

    Yes. You may bring children to the hotel and they may use most of the hotel amenities such as the pool and restaurants. Children under 21 are not permitted on the casino floor.

  • P - Parking Information

    We have complimentary self-parking for registered guests at the hotel. Our self-parking garage is located on the south side of the hotel on 1st Street and Bridger. Vehicle Height Restriction is 6 feet and 7 inches.

    Gold Valet is now open 24/7 for all hotel guest at the daily rate of $15 per day, per vehicle, for unlimited in and out access. The daily charge will be added to the primary hotel guest room bill.

    Gold Valet access for non-hotel guests is $15 per car, payable via credit card at time of pick up.

    Elite Card holder casino guests are welcome to valet parking complimentary of any charge. Verification of Elite status is required for complimentary access.


  • P - Pet Policy

    We have a limited number of rooms available that will accommodate pets and must be reserved in advance. At this time, pet friendly rooms are limited to dog companions only. There is a limit of two dogs that are small to medium sized or one dog that is large sized. Small to medium dogs are identified as dogs that are between 2 to 34.9lbs and a large dog is identified as one that weighs 35lbs to 50lbs. The only other animals allowed on property are service animals (i.e. Seeing Eye dogs or K-9 police). Please contact us at (800) 634-3454 for more information and rates.


  • P - Sending Packages to the hotel

    There is a $5.00 minimum handling fee, depending on weight (rates subject to change without notice) that arrives to the hotel.


  • P - Pool (Non-Hotel Guests)

    Pool admission is available to non-hotel guests. Prices vary and can be purchased in person day of. Daily information is available by calling (702) 385-7111,  x8525. Ask for Cabana Reservations.


  • R - Refrigerators

    Refrigerators are in limited supply and delivered to rooms on a first come, first serve basis. Guest are encouraged to upgrade into rooms/suites that offers built-in refrigerators and coffee makers to guarantee your request. Please visit the upgrade page to view room/suite options that offer these amenities.


  • R - Resort Fee

    All reservations will incur a daily $36.00 Resort Fee plus applicable taxes to the room rate at check in. Daily Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi access for two devices daily per reservation, access for two to the Fitness Center daily (does not include the wet areas),four bottles of water in room at arrival, self-parking based on garage space availability, airline boarding pass printing via the front desk upon request and Downtown Destination coupons.


  • S - Smoking

    We are an entirely smoke-free hotel. Smoking is permitted throughout the casino and at bars and The Showroom lobby


  • S - Shuttle Transportation to and from The Strip?

    There is a city shuttle called the "Deuce" bus that has a regular route up and down the Las Vegas Strip. The Deuce bus costs $6 per person for a two hour pass, $8 for a 24 hour pass and $20 for a three day pass.

    There is also a new Bus Route called the "ACE EXPRESS" which takes you down to the convention center and also to the Strip. The bus stop to the Strip is located on Fremont St. and Casino Center Blvd.

    Our bell desk can also help you set up a limousine with an outside limousine company of your choice.

    Taxi cabs are another option, and can be easily accessed through our Gold or Rush Tower Entrances.
    A cab can only take a maximum of 5 people. Please see one of our wonderful doormen for more info on taxi cabs.


  • S - Spray Sun Care Products

    Spray sun care products are not permitted for use anywhere in the pool area or in the hotel walkways. If you need to use spray sun care products, please do so before arriving to the pool. For your convenience, we have sunscreen options available for purchase. If a member of our pool staff witnesses use of spray sun care products, you will be asked to stop immediately.


  • T - Tickets & Hotel Packages

    We do not have a package for rooms plus tickets to your event. There are dozens of online resources and/or travel agents that can provide a package for you that will include accommodations at the Golden Nugget.


  • T - Transportation. Rideshare and Taxi Information

    Your Rideshare driver will pick you up in our designated rideshare area located on the second floor of the parking garage.

    Parking is free for hotel guests guests, Premier, Chairman and Elite members or withqualified gaming or dining validation. Do not forget your parking ticket for validation.

    The entrance to the parking garage is located on 1st street adjacent to the Rush Tower.


  • P - Parking Information

    • Hotel guests may show their room key upon garage exit.
    • Premier, Chairman and Elite card holders may swipe their 24k card at any casino kiosk, select offers, print out a 24 hour free parking voucher to give to the parking garage attendant.
    • 24k select card holders earn 20 slot points in one day, swipe your card at any casino kiosk, select offers, print out a 24 hour free parking voucher to give to the parking garage attendant.
    • Dine-in restaurants validate for dining.
    • Usher validates when in the showroom.
    • Poker room validates for playing poker.
    • Table games validates for qualified table play.
    • Style & Trend validates for retail purchases.

    How do I earn Comp Dollars?

    • You earn Comp Dollars as you play with your 24K Select Club Card properly inserted into any slot or video poker machine or presented to table games personnel. See each 24K Select Club Booth for details.

    Where can I use my Comp Dollars?

    • You have several options to use your Comp Dollars*:

      • At the property where you earned your Comp Dollars, you can use them at a 1:1 ratio (except at certain retail locations) for dining, retail purchases, cabana rentals, room nights, spa treatments, rounds of golf and more.

        At any of your favorite Landry’s, Inc. restaurants, including those at other Golden Nugget Casinos.

    Can I transfer Comp Dollars to another account?

    • No. Comp Dollars are non-transferable, but you can combine Comp Dollars from multiple Golden Nugget locations to pay for your dining at Landry’s, Inc. restaurants. Also, if a guest in your party has Comp Dollars available, each 24K Select Club Member may use their Comp Dollars at time of payment

    Can I redeem my Comp Dollars if I forget to bring my 24K Select Club Card?

    • No. You must present your valid 24K Select Club Card and valid ID to redeem your Comp Dollars at time of payment.

    Can I redeem my Comp Dollars for alcohol?

    • The use of Comp Dollars on liquor, beer and wine is based on state restrictions. If the Landry’s, Inc. restaurant you dine in is located in a state that does not allow Comp Dollars to be issued on alcohol, then we are unable to do so. Specifically, Comp Dollars can only be redeemed at on-site restaurants at Golden Nugget Biloxi and Golden Nugget Atlantic City for liquor, beer and wine, as the States of Mississippi and New Jersey prohibit off-site Comp Dollar redemption. Please reference the Liquor, Beer and Wine Chart by State to view the rules on 24K Select Club Comp Dollar redemption for each state.

    Are there Comp Dollar restrictions?

    • When you use your Comp Dollars at a Landry’s, Inc. restaurant outside of a Golden Nugget Casino, you may redeem up to $300 per cardholder per day, or $1,000 at Mastro’s. When you use your Comp Dollars at any Golden Nugget Casino, you may use your full balance ($300 daily maximum at Golden Nugget Laughlin). See 24K Select Club Booth for details. Comp Dollars may only be redeemed at Landry’s, Inc. restaurants in the U.S. Yak & Yeti Quick Serve, Build-A-Bear®, Build-A-Dino®, Paleo Zone at T-REX Cafe, Morton’s in Saratoga, NY, Rainforest Niagara Falls, Chick-fil-A Galveston and International locations (except Toronto and British Columbia, Canada) are not included in this program.

    Can I transfer Comp Dollars to another account?

    • No. Comp Dollars are non-transferable, but you can combine Comp Dollars from multiple Golden Nugget locations to pay for your dining at Landry’s, Inc. restaurants. Also, if a guest in your party has Comp Dollars available, each 24K Select Club Member may use their Comp Dollars at time of payment

    If I have multiple accounts, each from different Golden Nugget Casinos, which card should I use?

    • All of the cards will work in the slot machines and on the tables, but it’s  best to visit the 24K Select Club at the beginning of your  trip to find out which account has become your main account number so you can begin using that one only.

    Are my Slot Points from multiple Golden Nugget Casinos now combined into one universal account?

    • No. Slot Points accumulate separately at each Golden Nugget Casino and are only redeemable at the Casino in which they were earned.

    Are my Comp Dollars from multiple Golden Nugget Casinos now combined into one universal account?

    • Yes.  Comp Dollars earned at multiple Golden Nugget Casinos accumulate in one universal Comp Dollar account and may be used  at any Golden Nugget Casino or Landry’s Inc. restaurant (some restrictions may apply).

    Are my Tier Credits from multiple Golden Nugget Casinos now combined into one universal account?

    • Yes.  Tier Credits earned at multiple Golden Nugget Casinos accumulate in one universal Tier Credit account. Therefore, your Tier Status is the same at all Golden Nugget Casinos.

    Can I use my invited offers at any Golden Nugget Casino?

    • No. Your offers (hotel nights, Free Slot Play, food coupons, etc.) that you receive via mailed or emailed invitation are only valid at the casino stated on the invitation.

  • S - Slot Points

    Slot Points are earned as you play slots and video poker (except at Golden Nugget Atlantic City) with your 24K Select Club Card properly inserted into any slot or video poker machine. Slot Points can be redeemed for Free Slot Play (or Cash Back at Golden Nugget Laughlin) at the property where the Slot Point was earned. Free Slot Play is not available on video poker machines at Golden Nugget Lake Charles. See each 24K Select Club Booth for details. At Golden Nugget Atlantic City, you earn Cash Back as you play with your 24K Select Club Card properly inserted into any slot or video poker machine.     You can conveniently turn your Slot Points into Free Slot Play at participating slot and video poker machines.   • T - Tier Credits

    You earn Tier Credits as you play to qualify for a higher Tier. There are four Tiers, and each tier offers enhanced benefits. You must be playing with your 24K Select Club Card properly inserted into any slot or video poker machine or presented to table games staff. Not all machines are applicable at every property. Tier Credits earned at each property may be earned at different rates. Tier Credits have no cash value. See each 24K Select Club Booth for specific rules and details.

    Tier Credits earned at multiple Golden Nugget Casinos accumulate in one universal Tier Credit account. Therefore, your Tier Status is the same at all Golden Nugget Casinos.

    Tier Credits are earned throughout the year and reset the following year. Slot Points expire a year from issuance (two years at Golden Nugget Laughlin). Comp Dollars also expire a year from issuance (two years at Golden Nugget Laughlin). Please see 24K Select Club Booth for complete details.


  • W - Win/Loss Statement

    You can request your Win Loss Statement by email on any casino kiosk by swiping your Player’s Card, and entering your 24K Select Club password. On the Home Screen, select the "Win/Loss Statement" icon, then use the pull-down menu on the next screen to select the statement you want by year. Hit “Submit” at the bottom of the screen, and your statement will be emailed to the email address you provided when you enrolled. Be sure to check all your folders.

    If you prefer to do this through the 24K Select Club portal on the Golden Nugget website, simply log in to your 24K Select Club member account and print your Win/Loss Statement directly from the website. It's that easy! No standing in line or making special trips!
